1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the website at amilieu.io (the "Site"), operated by Amilieu Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About the Site
The Site is an informational marketing site for Amilieu's clinical AI governance work. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice, regulatory advice, professional advice, or a commercial offer. Nothing on the Site forms a binding agreement between you and Amilieu.
3. Expressions of Interest
If you submit an Expression of Interest through the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. Submitting an Expression of Interest is not a contract — we may follow up to discuss your interest, but we are under no obligation to do so.
Personal information you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Permitted use
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes. You must not:
- use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable law;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its underlying systems;
- introduce malicious code, scrape the Site at scale, or impair its operation; or
- copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer any part of the Site beyond what is permitted by law.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, its content, design, code, and the "Amilieu" name and mark are owned by or licensed to Amilieu Pty Ltd. You receive no licence to use any of them except for the limited personal use described in clause 4.
6. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of those sites.
7. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components, or that the information on it is current, complete or fit for any particular purpose. Any reliance you place on the Site is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amilieu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total aggregate liability arising from the Site is limited to AUD $100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any loss, damage or cost arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
